Týr Official Store – Purchase Option & Pre-Order Policy

Some items in our store, such as upcoming album releases and exclusive merchandise, are offered to you as a pre-order. This policy details how you can manage or cancel these specific purchases.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-released or out-of-stock product that is not yet in our immediate warehouse inventory.
  • Payment & Authorization: Your payment method will be charged at checkout to secure your copy of the upcoming release or merchandise item. Your payment details are processed securely through our store backend.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has been shipped and fulfilled from our warehouse. To request a pre-order cancellation before shipment, please contact us immediately at shop@tyr.fo.
  • Post-Shipment: If the order has already been fulfilled and shipped out, the order can no longer be canceled. However, once you receive the package, you can request a return and refund in accordance with our standard terms (e.g., physical music media must remain factory-sealed).
