Exchange and Return Policy

 

Items can be exchanged within 30 days, provided the item is in the same condition as when it was purchased.

 

 

Tickets

 

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. When you purchase a ticket, you are buying the right to attend the specific event listed on the ticket. Please review event details carefully before completing your purchase.

Tickets will be delivered electronically via email or made available for download. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and keep your ticket secure.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation. If an event is cancelled, you will be eligible for a refund. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

Event dates, times, locations, and performers may change. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to such changes.

Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Entry may be subject to venue rules and regulations. Failure to comply with venue policies may result in refusal of entry without refund.

We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from attendance at an event.

Payment


We only accept payment cards on Týr.fo

Accepted cards: Visa and MasterCard.


During checkout, you must provide the following:

 

  • Credit card number

  • Expiration date

  • Security code (CVV)

 


You will also need to enter a 3D Secure code sent to you via NETS.


When you purchase from us, your card details are processed through Quickpay, a secure SSL-encrypted payment gateway.

Týr.fo never has access to your card information.
